Refund policy
All TON Collective products are made to order using bespoke printing processes. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is received in a faulty or damaged condition.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at studio@toncollective.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Non-Faulty Items
As each item is printed to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that do not match your expectations in terms of colour or design. We encourage all customers to review our size guide carefully before placing an order.
