1. About Us TON Clothing is an independent UK clothing brand operating at tonclothing.com. By accessing our website and placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Products All TON products are strictly limited to 100 units per design. Once a design sells out it will not be reprinted under any circumstances. Product images are for illustrative purposes — slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.

3. Sizing It is the customer's responsibility to check the size guide before placing an order. TON does not accept returns or exchanges based on sizing. Please refer to the size guide on each product page.

4. Orders All orders are subject to availability. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or amended. TON reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout. TON does not store payment details.

6. Shipping UK standard delivery takes 5 to 7 working days. Express delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. International delivery times vary. TON is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third party carriers.

7. Returns & Refunds Due to the limited and bespoke nature of TON products we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or arrives damaged. Faulty items must be reported to studio@toncollective.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

8. Intellectual Property All designs, artwork, logos, and content on tonclothing.com are the intellectual property of TON Clothing or the respective collaborating artists. Nothing may be reproduced without written permission.

9. Artist Collaborations Artists retain ownership of their original designs. TON is granted a licence to reproduce those designs on garments for the duration of the agreed limited run only. Commission terms are agreed separately with each artist.

10. Limitation of Liability TON's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
